To the Editor:Re “A Chicken Picnic Just in Time for Summer” and “Show Dad You Love Him With a Short-Rib Box Set” ( Food section, May 22):These articles celebrating fried chicken and short ribs may arouse the ire of vegetarians and nutritionists.
